As you travel to Chudleigh, take some 40 minutes to walk a deeply forested track to the Alum Cliffs lookout perched high above the Mersey River. Then drop in for a break at the Honey Farm. The Honey Farm offers an exciting way to see honeybees up close, at work in a glass hive. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the Tasmanian honey story and enjoy a selection of over 30 different honey varieties.
The Chudleigh Show, held in February each year, is one of Tasmania's oldest local shows, and still retains its classic country feel. Come and see the animals, watch the horses in the showground, or marvel at the strength of the axemen in the woodchopping arena.
