Cancellation Policy
Please note that we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total booking fee to confirm bookings. This is payable at the time your booking is made. Cancellations Due to the popularity of Grandma's House we do require a minimum of 7 days notice prior to arrival should you wish to cancel your booking. Failure to to so may result in the loss of your deposit.
