Standard rate type is the RESTRICTED RATE TYPE- AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: Restricted bookings are discounted and therefore no cancellations are permitted for any reason. Date amendments are permitted at a charge of $35 per amendment or the first nights accommodation if amending after 2pm the day prior to arrival plus any increase in price difference for the new date selected. Amendments can only be made for up to 6 months from the date of the original stay. If you would like to keep your options open please select a flexible booking.

FLEXIBLE BOOKINGS - AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: This booking may be cancelled any time up to 2pm 24 hours (the day) prior to date of stay free of charge. If cancelled after 2pm 24 hours (the day prior) to arrival the 1st nights accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee. Amendments are free up until 2pm 24 hours (the day) prior to the date of stay after which a fee of $35 applies per amendment plus any increase in price for the new date requested. The amended date must be within 6 months of the original stay date.

A valid credit card with current expiration date is required to guarantee the booking. Accommodation will be charged 24 hours prior to arrival. Declined Payment Should your card decline and you are unable to be contacted the hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking without notice. Credit Card Guarantee or Cash Bond On check in a credit card imprint will be taken as a guarantee for your room. Debit or bank cards are not accepted for security. Should you not have a credit card a cash deposit of $200 will be held upon departure and you will be asked for a photocopy of your photo identification.
