Seven Sheds Brewery Meadery & Hop Garden
Description
Seven Sheds brewery tour provides personal contact with one of the founders on a journey that starts with tasting, then an interpretive walk through the hop garden and the brewery. At the end of the tour select three bottles from the range to take home.
Description
Seven Sheds is a pioneering Railton-based artisan craft brewery which opened in 2008. All beer is brewed on the premises and some of the hops are grown here too. This is a quiet space where people can relax and enjoy the peaceful ambience. A back deck looks over the hop garden; there’s also a shaded undercover area. During winter if it’s sunny there are fire pits outside, otherwise it’s warm and cosy inside the cellar door. Beers are influenced by English and European ale styles with some quirky blends such as a beetroot steam ale and a brown ale brewed with kunzea flowers and hemp hearts.
