Shearwater Resort is located in Port Sorell, 20 minutes east of the city of Devonport, or 1 hour 20 minutes west of the city of Launceston. Both Devonport and Launceston have airports with commercial flights.

Prior to 30 days prior to arrival- 100% will be refunded. 14 - 30 days prior to arrival – 50% will be refunded. 3 - 13 days of arrival – 25% will be refunded. 0 - 3 days of arrival – non refundable period.
