Tullah Tavern proudly houses the Tullah Museum, displaying Tullahs history from it's early mining in the late 1800's through the construction years of the hydro scheme in the 70's. A gift shop with unique local arts and crafts enhances your visit to the Gateway Cafe where you can sit by the open fire and enjoy the delightfully unique decor. Accommodation in the form of 2 self contained studio apartments with off street parking at the rear of the museum with mountain views. A four bedroom bunk house is directly opposite with lake & mountain views. Nature walks abound in and around Tullah, Mt. Farrell and Mt Murchison are close by.

Tullah is the Gateway to the West Coast, this is your first opportunity to see first hand, the heritage and industry of the West Coast. The rest stop is very timely for weary drivers Tullah being half way between Strahan and Burnie or Cradle Mountain.
