Deloraine is a lovely riverside town with a bunch of creative personality. This artistic aesthetic combined with its historic streetscape makes Deloraine a thoroughly enjoyable place to visit.
Spend 45 minutes wandering the streets and learning about the various historic buildings classified by the National Trust, then head to one of the town's many cafes', pubs or restaurants for a bite to eat and a beer, wine or coffee.
For further information on the history and culture of the Meander Valley, stop in to the Deloraine & Districts Folk Museum which is housed in the historic Family and Commercial Inn (1866-94) at the Great Western Tiers Visitor Centre.
